Duration of the course is three to nine months, and it is realized as theoretical and practice-based teaching, in our school premises and in adequate factories. The factory for practice can be chosen by the students themselves. Having successfully passed finished the course, the trainees receive a grain milling vocational diploma.
Each year the courses are studied by hundreds of students from around the world and lead to the nabim Advanced Certificate in Flour Milling. For each module, students are allocated a tutor to whom they submit work throughout the course year.
