If you get a very reasonable contractor i'd say you could look at between R4000 R4500 per sq/m for this work which would include everything..aka turnkey. Standard double garage is 36 sq/m @ R4500 = R162 000. Doing it yourself would probably save you in the region of R30 000 R40 000.
