May 04, 2014· Second on the CBN, but if you cant justify it, Blue Norton SG wheels 60J or K, lots of coolant, dress with a sharp diamond. Sure your wheel is tight and balanced? Heat is usually the issue with hard D-2. Surface grinding by hand or automatic? Fast table speed, moderate cross.
